ROD (repair on demand) is a same day repair service dedicated to SAMSUNG devices.

This service is available for In-warranty and Out-of-warranty repairs.
Fill in booking form
To get started, please fill in the booking form with your name, collection address and contact details. We will also need a description of what’s wrong with your device.
Prepare your device
Backup your data and remove the SD and sim cards from your device, then remove any covers or cases that cover the screen or back of the device (for more details, please read the t&c).
Lay back
The technicians at our Repair Center are skilled experts who make sure your device is in good hands. So why not relax at home while they fix your phone?
Professional repair carried out
Our skilled engineering staff will repair the device, with no fuss or hassle. All of our repairs are carried out in our specialised workshop.
Be ready
Your device is repaired and delivered to your doorstep same day! Once the repair is complete we will notify you when it is out for delivery.
